Josée Bourdages is a pioneer in customer experience with more than 30 years of experience in the telecommunications, transit transportation and retail industries.

Her varied experience in contact centers, information technology, point of sale management, merchandising, project management, communications and processes is leveraged to support Triad Services customers.

She was Vice President of Customer Service at Rogers for a long time, supporting Fido, Chatr and Citifone brands. Strategic leader, frontrunner of large-scale teams and operations, her expertise is recognized in the customer experience environment. She served on the SOCAP Board of Directors for 3 years. Jean-François Lacasse, Vice-President Business Development and Strategy

Jean-François Lacasse has extensive experience ranging from business development, sales team management, marketing to operations. In this capacity, he has managed several customer contact centers in the Canadian optical industry. He also has solid practical experience throughout North America. Par ces fonctions, il a géré plusieurs centres de contacts clients dans le domaine de l’optique au Canada. Il a de plus une solide expérience pratique et ce, pour l’ensemble de l’Amérique du Nord.

His experience of more than 30 years, both at the manufacturing and retail level, in the fields of pharmaceuticals, optics and design, adds to the expertise of Services Triad.

Jean-François has held executive and management positions in several multinational large companies operating in highly regulated, advanced technology sectors. This experience, combined with his existing experience at Services Triad, gives him an excellent understanding of the challenges faced by both small and large companies.
